Welcoming, safeguarding and taking care of our guests has always been a top priority for the team at Ice & Orange. To ensure guest well-being at our chalets, we have increased our cleaning standards even further to ensure maximum protection for all our guests & staff. We are continuously monitoring and following the changes in recommendations and guidelines of the French government and local authorities to ensure your comfort and health.

We have always maintained high levels of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our properties but in addition to this we have introduced the following to minimise any COVID-19 related issues.

• All staff will be wearing the appropriate PPE kit during their work. Face masks, gloves, eye protection, aprons and face shields. Daily checks on their health are carried out.
• Hydroalcoholic gels are available throughout the chalets with touchless distribution.
• Masks to be worn (purchased onsite) in all communal areas apart from dining times.
• New process in place to ensure check in and check out are comfortable as possible and observe government regulations and guide lines.
• Breakfast buffets replaced with daily orders and tray table service to minimise movement in the dining areas.
• Plexiglass dividers available in the dining areas if requested.
• Communal rooms ventilated naturally as much as possible.
• Daily deep cleaning of surfaces, light switches and other frequently used areas.
• Exterior cleaning products available for all garden furniture.
• Extra cleaning products available in all bathrooms at all times.

In addition to the above we have teamed up with a world leading hygiene organisation STERI-7.

We now use their BIO-MIST diffusers https://www.steri-7.com/steri-7-biomist.html to disinfect all surfaces, including soft furnishings and company vehicles, of the chalets regularly.

This bio-mist hospital grade disinfectant is left to dry for 30 minutes after application to leave a dry disinfectant barrier that last up to 72 hrs.
